Announcements:  October 26, 2014


Hello Everyone,

I am sending this reminder out now as I will be out of town from Wednesday until Monday, November 3rd—and then we vote and then we breeze right into the auction set-up.  If you need anything or have questions, call either Gail Nicholson or Eleanor (who is collecting auction items).

Here are the assignments you volunteered to do for the auction—thank you, thank you!

Collection of auction items:  Eleanor’s

Thursday, Nov. 6th—auction committee meets to organize at 3:00 at Eleanor’s.

Friday, Nov. 7th set-up crew:  Louisa, Gail, Eleanor, Lynn, and Ruth Lind.  Doors open at 1:00 p.m. at the Lion’s Club.

Saturday, Nov. 8th—doors open at 9:00 a.m.  (Louisa)  Live auction begins at 10 a.m.

Refreshments from CQ:  Lynn, Rebecca B-B, Patty, Joan.  (Louisa will organize fresh milk.  Plates, napkins, etc., already purchased.)

Door Greeter/plate sign-up:  Linda Satkowski  (plates are in the boxes at the Lion’s Club—reminder:  thick marker needed)

Treasurer:  Giovanna McCarthy

Sales Table:  Margaret-Elaine and Rebecca B-B

CQ Auctioneer Assistant:  Lisa Niles  (GV will also have one person.)

Clean-up:  All Left Standing
